What we look at once you clear the minimums
The minimums decide whether we can look at a file. The bank statements decide the offer. Underwriting reads how much revenue lands each month, how steady it is, how long the business has been producing it, and how much of it is already committed to other financing.
Credit matters to pricing and structure, but steady deposits carry the most weight. Seasonal or lumpy revenue is fine when the pattern is explained.
What it costs
Our working capital has one fixed total cost: you see the amount you receive, the total you repay, and the payment schedule in dollars before you sign. We don't quote a teaser rate. Pricing depends on revenue, time in business, credit, existing obligations, and term.
To compare any offer fairly, reduce it to total payback divided by the amount you actually receive. Our free calculators do that math for you.
Other products
We also offer term loans, business lines of credit, and equipment financing. Amounts and terms for those depend on the product and the file, so ask your funding advisor what fits.
If you're close but not there yet
- Under a year in business: we're likely too early for you. Build deposit history and come back.
- Revenue just under $250,000 a year or credit just under 580: talk to an advisor before you rule yourself out. The full file matters.
- Already carrying two or more advances: more capital is often the wrong answer. Ask about your payoff sequence first.
Common questions
- What credit score do I need for Express Capital Funding?
- Our published minimum is a 580 credit score. Above that line, steady business bank deposits carry more weight than the score itself.
- How much can I get from Express Capital Funding?
- Express Capital funds $10,000 to $350,000 in revenue-based working capital. The amount depends on your monthly deposits, how consistent they are, time in business, and existing obligations.
- How long do I need to be in business?
- At least 1 year. We don't fund startups.
- What revenue do I need?
- $250,000 or more in yearly revenue, shown on your last 6 months of business bank statements.
- What documents do I need to apply?
- A short application and your last 6 months of business bank statements from a U.S. business bank account. Your advisor will tell you if anything else is needed for your file.
- How fast can I get funded?
- Decisions often come the same business day once your statements are in, and funding can arrive in as little as 24–48 hours after signing. Larger or more complex files take longer.
